Ministry of Higher Education Graduate Tracer Study (SKPG)
Graduands are required to complete the online survey BEFORE accessing the Graduand Attendance Confirmation System.
Graduands are requested to upload the confirmation slips of the Ministry of Higher Education Graduate Tracer Study (screenshot/ print screen) into the Graduate Verification
System on the convocation’s official website

Last Date for Graduand Attendance Confirmation System
Graduand Attendance Confirmation System will be FULLY CLOSED.
Upon receipt of the occasion’s invitation, each graduand MUST make an online confirmation for their attendance between 7th October until 30th November 2025 via the convocation website.
Confirmation made after 30th November 2025 will not be entertained.

Robe Collection
Graduands need to verify their attendance completion before collecting their robes by presenting the Graduation Attendance Confirmation Slip, as shown below:

Rehearsal
Rehearsal for the convocation will be conducted as the below:
Time : 2.30 pm
Location: Merdeka Hall, World Trade Centre (WTC), Kuala Lumpur
Graduands are required to attend the rehearsal. Attendance is compulsory. Those who are absent may follow the Convocation Ceremony rehearsal on Facebook (FB) and KPTM's official YouTube
Please wear appropriate attire for the rehearsal. Male graduands are reminded to have short neat hair.
18 - 19 December 2025
UPTM Convocation Ceremony
The Ceremony will be held at Merdeka Hall, World Trade Centre (WTC), Kuala Lumpur.
18 DECEMBER 2025 (THURSDAY)
Session 1 : 8.00 am – 12.30 pm
Session 2 : 2.00 pm– 5.30 pm
19 DECEMBER 2025 (FRIDAY)
Session 3 : 8.00 am – 12.30 pm

Transcript and Scroll Collection
Graduates can collect scroll and transcript AFTER the convocation session ends on the same day at Tun Razak 3 Hall, World Trade Centre (WTC), Kuala Lumpur. The scroll and transcript collection counter is open until 6:00 pm.
*Only graduands without any outstanding fees and have completed the SKPG are allowed to obtain their scrolls and transcripts.
*Graduands are given a one-hour time limit to obtain their scrolls and transcripts.
