CONGRATULATIONS to all graduands for successfully completing your study at Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM).

GRADUAND ATTENDANCE CONFIRMATION

Graduands who have received the invitation are REQUIRED to complete the Graduate Information Verification via the convocation official website starting from 03 October 2024 until 10 December 2024.

Graduands are required to upload their picture and Graduate Tracer Study verification slip on the Graduand Attendance Confirmation System.

GRADUATE TRACER STUDY - MOHE

Graduate Tracer Study is an annual survey conducted by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) to obtain information on graduates’ employment status after completing their study.

CONVOCATION FEES

A fee of RM350.00 is imposed for the convocation and should be paid before attending the convocation.
Graduands must ensure all outstanding fees and other payments are settled before they are allowed to collect their scroll and transcript.

CONVOCATION AGENDA

The Second Convocation Ceremony of Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia will take place at Dewan Merdeka, World Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur, on December 17 and 18, 2024, with three sessions: morning and afternoon.

SCROLL AND TRANSCRIPT

All graduates must collect their scrolls and transcripts after the convocation session on the same day at Dewan Tun Razak 3. The collection counter for scrolls and transcripts will be open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM throughout the convocation ceremony.

REMINDER:

Scrolls and transcripts will only be handed over to graduates who DO NOT HAVE any outstanding debts with their respective universities/colleges (the debt data is based on the review date prior to the ceremony) and have completed the Graduate Tracer Study (SKPG) survey conducted by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (KPT).
