FEES AND
OUTSTANDING

  1. Graduands are requested to check their outstanding fee balance through the Graduate Attendance Confirmation System.

  2. Payment of debts and outstanding fees must be made online by visiting:
    https://epay.kptm.edu.my

  3. The deadline for payment of debts and outstanding fees is November 25, 2024. Please log in to the KPTM epay system and select the relevant branch campus. Sign in using your official college email.

  4. Please enter the amount you wish to pay in the Tuition Fees section. Ensure that the reference number/payment information is saved for verification.

  5. Payment status will be updated in the Graduate Attendance Confirmation System within three (3) working days after the payment is made.

  6. Only graduands who have made full payment of tuition and service fees are allowed to confirm their attendance.

  7. For any inquiries regarding outstanding fees and other payments, please contact the Finance Department of your respective campus:
