Outstanding Fees

OUTSTANDING FEES PAYMENT

  1. Graduands may check for any outstanding fees through the Graduand Attendance Confirmation System (https://graduan.kptm.edu.my/).
  2. All outstanding fees and payments must be settled online through the designated system.
  3. Please log in to the KPTM Pay system using your Google account. Graduates must verify their matriculation number and identity card (IC/Passport) number during registration in KPTM Pay.
  4. Please enter the amount you wish to pay and proceed with the payment. Ensure that the payment reference number/details are kept for future reference.
  5. The deadline for payment of all outstanding debts and fees is 25 November 2026.
  6. The payment status will be updated in the Graduand Attendance Confirmation System within three (3) working days after payment has been made.
